Shelldon the Clam Pet Trades Guide

Shelldon the Clam is a Summer Part 2 NPC. You trade a regular pet to Shelldon for a Summer-event reward, including Coastal Eggs or Summer pets.

The exchange is not a reason to throw away an equipped helper, a difficult replacement, or a pet you planned to use in a current build. Treat it as a conversion route for genuine extras.

1. Lock in which pet you are willing to lose permanently.
2. Check whether it has an equipped benefit you still need.
3. Compare its normal acquisition route with the Summer reward you want.
4. Use the live NPC interface to confirm the exchange prompt before accepting.

The Pet Guide and the pet database are useful for checking whether a duplicate is actually easy to replace.

Trade a duplicate or a low-priority regular pet only after your core farming setup still works without it. Do not trade a rare pet merely because a community list calls the new Summer reward desirable; confirm what the live event is offering first.
